Our Mission

WCCU is a member lead professional association comprised of nearly 1500 classified and certified educators. We work to advance the rights and interest of our members locally and at the state and national levels through our affiliations with the Colorado Education Association and National Education Association. We strive to empower our members to advocate for their professional rights and benefits enhancing quality public education for all students and acting as a catalyst for unity and positive change in our communities.
